Headquartered in Dubai, OCC operates a combined 175,000 sq. ft of fully integrated, state-of-the-art manufacturing and coating facilities across its OCC Plant 1 and OCC Plant 2 in the Al Quoz Industrial Area. Both plants are driven by a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) aligned with Global Industry 4.0 Standards — ensuring end-to-end traceability, consistent quality and on-time delivery on every order — and are supported by a dedicated team of professionals trained in the latest techniques in HVAC coil manufacturing, coating, replacement and maintenance.
