Water Conservation in Leak Testing

  • We are committed to reducing water consumption through responsible manufacturing practices in our HVAC coil leak testing process.
  • Coils are leak tested by submerging them in water, and instead of using fresh water for every test, the test water is collected and recirculated using a dedicated pumping system.
  • The recirculated water passes through a filtration system that removes debris, metal particles, and other contaminants, maintaining water quality for repeated use.
  • This process allows the same water to be reused multiple times, significantly reducing the demand for fresh water.
  • Water is replaced only when it reaches the end of its usable life and no longer meets the required clarity for effective testing.
  • By recycling process water, we have substantially reduced overall water consumption, supporting our commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible resource management.

Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) Water for Irrigation

Our dedication to sustainability includes using Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) water for irrigation. This initiative replaces DEWA water, promoting responsible water management and environmental stewardship.

Pioneering Sustainable Manufacturing through Renewable Energy

The monumental installation of the solar panels stands as a beacon of eco-consciousness and will operate under the Net-Metering Policy, with surplus energy generated during daylight hours being automatically exported to the grid for future use, embracing Dubai’s forward-looking aspirations of a sustainable and environmentally resilient future.

EXPANSION

Coils are mechanically expanded to fins in order to ensure uniform tube to fins bonding for maximum heat transfer.

LEAK TESTING & INSPECTION

As per standards, coils are leak tested with dry air, equivalent to N2, with pressure of 450 psi for condenser and 300 psi for evaporator.

PACKAGING

Adequate packing with palletizing in accordance with the international shipping standards ensures that our customers receive the products in good condition.
